Our nursery is staffed by experienced, qualified and competent persons and you will find a mix of age ranges.  We are very equal opportunity aware and our mission statement, written by the team, is

Besides ourselves as Proprietors, we have a Manager, Team Leaders, Nursery nurses and Nursery Support workers, all of whom are recognised by Nursery uniform, together with Grounds persons and Administration staff.

Our staff ratio is high with an average of 1:3 in the baby unit and 1:5 throughout the rest of the Nursery, depending on age group and meeting OFSTED requirements.

The development of each child is monitored closely in development records which are completed on a regular basis. We hold Parent Open Evenings, and send out newsletters three times per year.

We believe in working very closely with our parents for the benefit of the children, and to enable you to continue your career with the least possible worry.
